Suffolk UK - Positioned to the north-east of Greater london, the rural county of Suffolk is in the area of The United Kingdom known as East Anglia. The county incorporates an area of 1,466 sq mls and has a population of roughly 730,000. From 1889-1974 the county was separated into two administrative counties, West Suffolk and East Suffolk.
